At Shaun's Table - Manchester

While waiting in the drive-thru on 6/5/21, we noticed an employee taking a break outside. She was standing by her car, smoking a cigarette, and using her phone. With her hair tied up in a bun, she appeared to be middle-aged. Upon returning inside, she continued to play on her phone until she went straight to work with the food. Unfortunately, she did not wash her hands before handling items for customers. This lack of cleanliness was unappreciated, as we do not expect much from fast food establishments. The smell of cigarettes and the thought of what else may have been on her hands were revolting and instantly killed our appetite.

If I could, I would rate this restaurant a negative 10. The service was absolutely terrible. I waited for 20 minutes for a fish sandwich meal while the employees argued and moved around as if they had no idea what they were doing. The employees were very rude and obnoxious.
