They DO NOT honor their own coupons. The excuse was the system is not accepting coupons. That’s why you have a manager in duty to deal with such situation. You lost my business for good.

The customer service was lower than pathetic. DO NOT GO HERE! I ordered an impossible whopper and asked politely for extra pickles. I specifically said 10-20 oppose to the standard 4 and said even then no worries I love pickles pretty please thank you and I'd truly appreciate it. Got up to the window checked and found 5. I was on a lunch break, starving and haven't eaten at a BK in 7+ years. I politely asked for a cup of pickles the woman got the manager and she said no. Then wanted to charge me more after arguing with me. I explained I helped run 5 stores at one point in my life and didn't want to argue as I was a customer and it was just a few more pickles from one of many 5 gallon buckets. She gave me 5 more in a dripping dollar bag with an attitude that pained her to give, it seemed a fraction of my way.

No coupons accepted in store. Had to download the app and place my order online. The burgers didn't have that flamed broiled taste. The onion rings were terrible, like fake food. The cashier stuck her fingers inside my cups as she passed them to me. She did not wear gloves.Features: No face masks required.

We went after the Janet concert, it was late and they were fast.
