Costa Coffee - Malvern

I stopped by this morning to get my usual morning coffee. There was only one girl working, both taking orders and making drinks, and the line was consistently 8-10 people long. She did a great job and remained composed under pressure, but I was disappointed to see Costa leaving a young employee to handle it all alone. Especially on a Saturday, the busiest day of the week. It seems like poor management on their part.

I stopped by Costa Café on Saturday, April 16, 2022 for a Cappuccino Cake, which cost £4.90. The service was good, and there was ample seating both indoors and outdoors. The menu prices were reasonable, and there was plenty of parking available. I recommend taking a stroll around the other businesses in the retail park as well.

I frequently visit this restaurant to work for a few hours before heading to the office. I enjoy starting my day with a delicious coffee and toast, and the staff is always friendly and the place is clean. It's the perfect way to start my day.

I visited Malvern Retail Park today, which had a great variety of shops. I had a successful shopping trip and treated myself to a bacon and sausage roll, as well as a fabulous medium latte with an extra shot. The drinks looked perfect in the large glass cups. I spent 45 minutes with the WiFi before continuing my shopping and then heading to Worcestershire Beacon. The service was great, with cheerful and efficient staff. I would definitely return and avoid McDonald's!
