Took 16mins to get my order as the staff were more focused on their conversation then cooking. My order came out same time as three other orders that were done 5mins previous. Staff also were in the back during the conversation so no one at the front. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Disappointed . The burgers were smothered in sauce, relish, and mayo making them a soggy mess. The fries were also soggy and not crispy seemed to be sitting out and not fresh despite ordering food at noon. For the price of the meals, I expect better. Lastly, the kid’s burger was supposed to be plain cheese and meat and it was smothered as well, so my picky eater wouldn’t eat the burger he was so looking forward to. Two thumbs down today. $40 bucks wasted

Terrible customer service. Asked to replace their poutine which was cold (saugy fries and clumpy warm gravy) but they said they ran out of gravy. So we just asked to replace with regular fries (which is a lot cheaper) and we gave back their cold food, uneaten. They insisted to tell me that there was no way the food could be cold and then tried to charge me for the regular fries. Then said they “understood my concern” yet told me that sometimes people say things like this to get free food. No logic and poor service. Poor management and training for their staff. Period.

Standard triple O’s, better than fast food, not better than cactus club/earls. Service was pretty slow, think I waited for 5-10 minutes to order. Ended up using my entire lunch break in the line up. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$20–30
