Asked for a 2 scoop sundae, got 2 bare scoops and then was told either I pay extra or get some ice cream removed from it instead of acknowledging that it was the employees mistake she was rude and dry too short, with short hair and glasses.And on top of that they charge for the cup and spoon, like how am I supposed to eat it!! Provide environmentally friendly substitutes and stop passing hidden costs to customers!Worst BR experience in my life

GO TO PURDY 'S INSTEAD. Scummy business practice. This location has misleading signage citing a MANDATORY cup fee because BC Single Use Bylaw , which does not exist if you look it up. To make things worse, they charged $1 for an extra cup, even though the sign clearly stated $0.25 for extra cups. The cashier had no reason, just doing what I 'm told . This scheme is likely designed to prey on unsuspecting tourists and one time customers under the guise of the law. BEWARE!

Have to pay for cups, spoons, lids, basically everything is a charge after you buy something. Worst location ever. They won't even provide you with a sample to see if you like the flavor

World class chocolate with a waffle cone was so delicious
