Taco Bell - Maineville

Norma’ atmosphere, I mean it's Toca Bowl in Maineville, Ohio, what could you possibly expect. This establishment is clean, and management is exceptional. Our order was totally jacked and Kelsie made sure that we were well taken care of upon my return home. Everyone is courteous and greets you with a smile. Close to shopping i.e. Kohls, Target, TJ Max and Kroger.

I've interacted with a few of the staff members (mostly at night), and they are friendly, work hard, and try their best to make the drive thru atmosphere comfortable and orders ready quickly.

Staff was fast for lunch and only seemed to have 4 people working but they turn over orders very quickly. They were attentive to getting my cup when I placed a self-oder on the tablet. Their attention to the counter is slow and not responded to when people call for them to get attention though. A simple be with you in a minute would go far...

It's taco Tuesday and the wife and I wanted Taco Bell but they were out of all the food we wanted (taco pizza, Doritos loco taco) we decided to spend our money elsewhere as this was until acceptable, Management needs to get their act together.

Not sure what changed here but it use to be terrible. This is now by far the best Taco Bell we've been too. We stop every Wednesday for a quick work lunch and the food is perfect, friendly staff, quick and they have clean restrooms. You guys are doing a great job! Nice to have somewhere in Maineville that checks the boxes.
