Restaurant bewertenThey have a good sweet fish sauce. The overall experience is good. Bún hến is extraordinarily tasty with shrimp paste and soup
Food is decent. Banh loc Tran was very good. So was Banh Beo... Banh uot Tom was dried. Bun bo hue tasted alright, broth was nothing special, but at least it got lot of topping Com hen was also decent. Che hat sen was too sweet and hard . Don't order it. Vietnamese coffee was bitter, not enough condense milk
The restaurant is separated by pick up orders and a dine in restaurant. Both sides were pretty busy but luckily, my family and I were seated immediately. There’s a lot of available seating here. We got the bun bo hue XL, banh beo, and banh bot loc. The bun bo hue was slightly disappointing. Even though it was delicious, the soup came out slightly lukewarm. The banh beo and banh bot luc were really good though.
Dine in this morning and specifically asked for NO PEANUTS due to severe allergy, but when we ate our family member having reaction immediately. Inspecting the bowl again we found out that they had accidently put peanuts in but instead of making a new bowl to avoid cross-contamination, they took out the peanut and serve the contaminated bowl to us. We took him to the hospital and when we call back later in the day to confront their wrong doing, manager refused to take responsibility and try to blame it on us. This business is reckless and should have their license revoked by the health department. Please go buy your food anywhere else other than this place.
I ordered a large bun no hue and an ice tea. Don’t pay the extra $3 for the large bowl, it’s barely noticeably larger than the regular. The food was good not great. They also don’t tell you that if you ask for a refill for your ice tea they will charge you for another drink. Be prepared to pay $24 for a $15 lunch.
