Restaurant bewertenEveryone in the city told us to try this place for a romantic gourmet experience and it was perfect! delicious food, chef and charismatic staff very friendly, I loved it and I strongly recommend it.
Wonderful fixed-style menu that included 4 more dishes covered bread. very well presented and cooked. appropriate portions taken as a package. It feels full but not full. the first dish of hare was fabulous, although the main duck was a bit rare for our drop. attentive service and good wine.
I travel to port madryn often (one or twice a year) and I have eaten almost everywhere, but I have to say that in my fires is the best restaurant I have found. each dish uses local and organic ingredients, such as locally captured seafood by artisanal fishermen, salicornia plants of the region and organic tomatoes. each dish is full of flavor and is very well prepared. I highly recommend the brased lamb, the white salmon and the scramble of locusts. I loved the creamy chocolate with cherry granite, a creamy dessert of chocolate. the menu changes regularly to reflect the seasonality and freshest ingredients available. the restaurant also allows you to bring your own bottle of wine for a small rate of upholstery. If you are looking for a local restaurant faithful to the regional cuisine and not crowded with tourists, you must eat in my fires.
This is a must-see in Madryn port! 3 dishes for 400 pesos (almost cheaper than one of the restaurants on the beach at random). everything is homemade, made with passion, local and good ingredients, very good drops! We went there two days in a row and tried different dishes (fishing, seafood, lamb, pig, steak) both days. Although it is a town of the coast, we got more meat:-) we find the hare and peach with ham of sheep (intrantes), the pig (main dish) and the chocolate cigar with specially tasty mint ice cream. The staff was great!
When you are in the port of Madryn, go visit in my fires ... the chef goavo rapretti presents his passion for cooking in an excellent way ... gives himself an explanation of the menu that is full of flavors and excited products of the patagonia. ... we eat two days in a row and the two days all the dishes were perfect ... the staff is subliem ... the wine list was also good ... so if you drop the good local food with an excellent presentation, visit this place ... wine advice: malbec secret 2014 ...
