La Hummuseria Madrid

A friend's recommendation has taken us to a new place where the hummo is the star dish. a team arrived from Tel-Aviv has landed in madrid to teach us to eat natural, organic and original. a very simple but delicious menu, and handmade beers from mdrid mature. The whole team is lovely. He loved us!

I've been going for several years and it's my favorite restaurant. while I insist on bringing the hummo with 4'9/5 fungi because they don't bring the fungi yet

When we went there was no room, but the waitress asked for a couple of tables if they could move and make us a room for dinner. the service is charming but the food is that it is very delicious! savor the hummo (it is clear, no and the Balkan shakshuka, because it is amazing. if you can, try the leaves of the parra as well: every time we're gone we're exhausted.

Small but very charming place! the card is small but all very good! The waitress advised us and gave right in our drops! smoke with almonds and pine nuts to start and then a spectacular spicy babaganush! the dessert was something different from the drop so far, it was like a turbo tahini with nuts and apple! I'll be back!
