Restaurant bewertenThe other day I had the opportunity to visit this wonderful Sidreria located in Madrid and to which I wanted so much to go for how well some people of it spoke to me. walking down the quiet square and entering one of my nozzles, I met this awesome place and I recommend that everyone go because they won't disappoint you. is open every day except Monday to rest and have a fairly large schedule whether we decide to go from tapas at noon or dine in its nice dining room. their great specialty are: the Asturian fabada, the meats prepared in a very special way and the brothed rice. the prices of dishes is not that they are of the most affordable but the quality is incomparable with that of other places of the same style and the cook a true teacher in the kitchen. customer service is the best thing I found in the capital and always try to find you at home. if you decide to go on tape, you can take a rich crank cider at a very good price and with a lid that will surprise you in all ways. Another thing I get the most from this place is its interior decoration. everything is very rustic style and with typical products of curls hanging on the walls where we can also find numerous photos of celebrities that usually go to this place from time to time. the dining room has a capacity of about 20 tables and is very cozy and with the very well worked and reflective decoration. If you decided to go for lunch someday, I'd tell you to call in advance to book a table because it always depends on people. In short, if you want to enjoy a true Asturian sidreria in the heart of madrid, this is an option that you should not miss.
We were 12 people for dinner from 25 to 29 years I imagined that the young people for that site had a reserved table and sat only to arrive, came the mr. maitre to take note of the drink that should be said that 8€ for a bottle of cider that is not of the good one seems to me an atraco in asturias for 2.5€ you take a sidriña. We started ordering and in my group of 3, Mr. Maitre apparently didn't have a good day, and by a silly comment I got stuck in telling me everything I was tired of. He sells us a pig as if it were a wonder, personally he would not have given it to my dog, but they charge it as if they had done it in segovia. The croquettes were good, although today I still turn around to guess they were, some say the fish, others who ham, I didn't know anything about me. I could go on with a few more but you can imagine everything else. terrible service, low quality of food and at a high price, I personally feel swindled. I'm a cook and I think I know what I'm talking about. each has his opinion and this is mine together with my experience. unfortunate by the expectations I had.
This Asturian restaurant, although two are facing another, where to eat good asturian food, of quality, good product and good cuisine, all in a relaxed atmosphere. we can taste an excellent rice with a robe or take a tavern lid with a rich asturian cider. Cider mmmh! So the specialties among others are marshes, luarquesa soap, rice with goat, rice with milk. Come on, all a delicacy! But it's not too cheap, you're warned!
Restaurant sidrería casa parrondo yesterday I was with my partner eating there and I summarize our experience: the noose consisted of a soup curled, without any drop or grace and with the noodle completely past, that is, of chiclose texture, and the seafood shone by its absence. the gazpacho and the non-existent ham chips. the hard meat, sparsely sprinkled, and the most French accompaniment potatoes. desserts excessively sugary and little droplets. in short, raw material of low quality, presentation of the nefarious dishes and the kitchen of the very poor. Finally, there are no first and second category clients. I say this because the deal should be the same for a client who asks for a letter and for the one who asks for a menu, I hope that this will take into account and do not continue making distinctions as they do in their restaurant, both you and your staff. because if you do not consider serving the menus, then my lord, do not offer them; of course this serves you as a misleading demand for people to enter so locally and then make them the fourteen offering only the letter. in terms of hygiene and cleaning leaves much to be desired. An inspector should be transferred to health care. I do not recommend it at all.
Típico lugar de madrid. El dueño es un tipo muy agradable. los camareros están atentos y educados. decoración un poco cargada y falta de espacio entre mesas y comedores. La comida es muy buena, pero no es barata. Por un día, vale la pena.
