White Bison Coffee - Madison

The drive thru and customer service is horrid. Never gets the coffee right. Never gives you what you ask for. Rude when you ask for them to correct it. After multiple visits and unfortunate let downs- I can’t wait to try the new Dutch bros!

Was visiting the Madison/Huntsville area for a few short days and decided to try this shop. Customer service was definitely top tier, and the coffee was served by the barista with a smile. She was very friendly and recommended some great drinks.

Stop by gas station it in to get food because the crackers barrel was so bad we didn't eat food and was hungry. Seen them inside and they served coffees and breakfast. So order from them. Staff was nice and food was great. If I came back to area I get breakfast there.

Stopped here mainly for a restroom break. Restrooms were very clean. Tried the Chicken waffle breakfast sandwich and I was thoroughly impressed. It was hot, fresh and delicious!

I was very impressed with the atmosphere, cleanliness and customer service but then entering the bathroom facilities, I was unable to find a stall that was clean enough to use. It appeared it had been a while since they were cleaned and serviced. If the bathrooms were held to the same standard this would be a great stop.
