Portillo's Madison, Wisconsin East Towne

Hands down the best fast food you can get. I've grown quite an addiction to this place and it's really something special. I've been countless times already and never had a bad experience. Every thing on the menu is phenomenal! Not the healthiest choice but the best mouth pleasure you can get for barely any wait. The cake is heavenly and the fries with the cheese sauce are insanely good. If you like food made with love, look no further.

My wife is from Illinois originally and introduced me to this place. I was on a business trip to Madison and decided to have a later dinner. I had the two hotdogs, drink and fries. The food is always great and it was fresh and hot this night. My only complaint is the price. I am still scratching my head how two hotdogs some fries and a drink can be almost $16? It seems fast food is always going up and not as affordable as it once was. Portillos is a great restaurant on occasion and has some favorites from Chicago that you can enjoy.

Food and service is outstanding. As a former Illinois resident, I appreciate being to get the items on Portillo's menu. I tried the new BBQ ranch burger. Only downside is the ambient noise level. I actually had to turn down my hearing aids.

I have always wanted to stop here and I'm glad we did. The portions were large and I really enjoyed the food. Its a chain so it's like fast food but slightly different, hard to explain but definitely worth the stop. I will definitely stop again.

I went on a Saturday night about 7pm. With my kids. We are inside. Everything was perfect. Great beef sandwich. Kids loved their burgers and hotdogs. The fries were great. Topped off with a piece of chocolate cake.
