Restaurant bewertenThe service was extremely slow even though the restaurant was not very busy. The workers seemed confused about what goes on the sandwich, as they kept asking me. It felt like they didn't even know themselves. Other locations of this restaurant are typically quicker and don't ask more than one question.
I recently encountered a minor issue with the employee who assisted me at this restaurant. It appeared as though he would rather be elsewhere instead of preparing one of the best sandwiches and subs in Madison.
My wife ordered 2 sandwiches and saw that the charge on her statement was $50. When she called the manager, she was told that the receipt showed a $37 tip?!? We only left a $2 tip, which apparently wasn't satisfactory. Despite making 3 phone calls over the span of 6 weeks, we still have not received a refund. Avoid this restaurant at all costs. They will take advantage of you without any remorse.
I have had a consistently frustrating experience with this sandwich shop that offers delivery services. They never seem to be available for afternoon deliveries, even though they are a delivery-based business. Furthermore, they often ignore delivery instructions, such as the simple request to "Leave at door." Today, I waited over an hour for my order to arrive, only to discover that the delivery person had come, failed to leave the sandwich at my door, canceled my order, and now the shop is closed again for deliveries. This level of incompetence and disregard for customer service is unacceptable.
This sandwich shop, which primarily operates through delivery, is consistently unavailable in the afternoons. They do not follow delivery instructions, like "Leave at door." After waiting for over an hour for a delivery, I called only to find out they came, did not leave the sandwich, canceled my order, and are now closed for delivery again.
