Restaurant bewertenI went with my daughter for the first time, and we absolutely loved it! We will definitely be returning soon!
The yogurt was delicious, but the customer service left something to be desired. The staff did not speak to me at all until I was ready to pay. They require customers to wear gloves when serving frozen yogurt due to COVID, which I understand. However, some of the toppings appeared to have been out for too long. The cherries were actually turning black, so I decided to skip those. Overall, it was a decent experience.
I paid with a $50 bill, and she kept $5 from what should have been a total of $39.30. I didn’t go back to complain since it's just $5, but seriously, come on.
Frozen Delight offers excellent frozen yogurt options and a variety of toppings that I really enjoy. However, I found their hours to be misleading. I visited today around 5:50 PM, only to find the place closed. Their door indicates they are open seven days a week until 7:30 PM, but online it states they close at 8 PM. Either way, I was within the supposed hours and felt disappointed since I was looking forward to enjoying my yogurt. I recommend calling ahead to confirm their hours, as being a small business, they may not strictly adhere to their posted schedule.
This restaurant is rarely open. The signs claim that it operates seven days a week, but that's not true. You really need to update your business hours if you're not going to be open as advertised.
