Restaurant bewertenThe young lady named Emily preparing food should really be talked to about hygiene. She was historically laughing on top of sandwiches she was making, with spit falling on the food while she explained her second job was shopping for people spending their money. She scratched her head with gloves and went back to making the sandwich without changing her gloves. Her face mask was on her chin only and it could not prevent the spit from going on the food. I had already paid for mine and ended up just throwing it away. She also wiped her hands on her pants (which also looked dirty) before continuing preparing the food.I won’t be ordering food here again.
This place is ALWAYS out of tomatoes and pickles. But the hoagies stay the same price. There’s a huge grocery store right across the street with tomatoes and pickles. Go get some! Smfh
You could post a sign that says “mobile orders go to the cash register.” The manager should have more common sense. I stood there waiting where all of the other orders are placed and somehow I was supposed to just know that mobile orders are not in the same place as regular orders?
This review is 100% directed at the process when ordering coffee on the app. I've order coffee for delivery with the app atleast 10 times. Each time, the half and half is not put in. I've ordered regular, extra, light half and half and it comes black every time. I've left reviews on the app, twitter,etc. It's just ridiculous that this simple thing can't be completed with any time of accuracy. I believe the issue is the label that printers for some reason doesn't show clearly that half and half was ordered. Either way, it's extremely frustrating. I'm am excellent wawa customer and probably spend $1000+ a month at this store. Fix your online ordering.
Kelly Andrews is so mean to the customers and her employees I noticed a switch in moods going downhill ever since she started working there I am a faithful Wawa customer I have been going to this Wawa for years and I can honestly say that she is a very unprofessional manager her hygiene is disgusting and I only see her walking around never helping her team somebody get her out of there I go to the Emmaus Wawa when I see that she is there
