Restaurant bewertenIf I could give ZERO stars, I would. I have never in my life had such an inhumane experience with a restaurant. I placed this order via DoorDash at the Macomb, IL location. I ordered a foot long and they sent a 6 inch. That wasn’t even the bad part… look how the sandwich was made. When did it become okay to treat humans like this? I called and asked for a manager and was told there isn’t a manager there. I asked for the young man’s name who answered and he hung up on me. I called again and spoke to a young lady. I asked for her name and she said she wouldn’t give it to me. I asked for the young man’s name and was told “He’s new. I don’t know his name.” All the while laughing and laughter in the background. Not to mention, the rest of my food was missing. I will never spend another PENNY at this establishment. I’m sure the manger can tell who was on duty. This happened on 2/18/23 at 4:13PM.
There was a fly in my sandwich I noticed it after the first bite then I threw up smh it was a terrible experience and I’m traumatized.
Stopped by Subway in Macomb for a late lunch and the service was quick and the food was filling. Loved what they’ve done to the place since I last visited.
CAUTION! Despite offering it on their online menu and having the entry appear on my receipt, they do NOT sell Coke Zero. What response did I get when I called about it? We do not sell Coke Zero. Why is it on your menu on my receipt? We do not sell Coke Zero. Not even a I 'm sorry for the mixup Ah, the wonders of those who work in the customer service industry without any concept (or interest, apparently! of how to do it.
Where 's the meat? #1 Philly is #1 Veggie. All these New sandwiches are just the old ones with a fancy name.
