Ashtart - Mackay

Very delicious food! Beautiful breeze on the river bank today and excellent service. We ordered: schish share plate, wings, cheese spinach rolls, and honey pistachio pastries dessert.

We had a good table at the edge of the restaurant overlooking the water. Great service of young smiling waiting staff, the Barman, the middle G T. The food was great. Simply delicious delicate dish plates. The part Dessert plate was to die for! Overall we had a nice evening in a stunning restaurant.

Absolutely amazing. the kitchen in ashtart reminded me of my travels after the time in the near east. beautiful dives and a fantastic selection of delicious authentic foods. fabulous ambiente at the river and a wonderful experience all around. we enjoyed it so much that we went back to breakfast, which I would say I would enjoy just as much as your lunch menu.

Large menu options for every taste. Beautiful friendly service with well cooked and presented dishes. The best views of the Pioneer River from any Mackay restaurant. Good seating and not overcrowded. Really enjoyed breakfast with the family and look forward to going back.
