The personal was beautiful and friendly. that was nice, but average.

A warm welcome from the Manager and waiting staff. Great Ales. Food is freshly prepared, plentiful and delicious. One of the very few independent pubs in the area. We look forward to going back.

Went for lunch with friends. Great service lovely atmosphere and great food.

Hog roast, huge portion and super scrummy.Great service and very friendly too.My dairy intolerant friend was very impressed with how seriously they took ensuring that she knew what was suitable.Definitely recommend.We'll be there again soon

Delicious pub lunch at a reasonable price. Just what I wanted. It's owned by the canal trust, so some interesting canal themed decorationsEven though there are problems with the road from Lyneham, you can still easily get there by going up to Bradenstoke and back down the hill, right near the pub
