Edaleen is our favorite place to celebrate any occasion! We love their milkshakes, and the service is fantastic!

What a delightful experience to revisit childhood memories with a trip for ice cream! There truly is nothing quite like an ice cream run. It’s even more special when you’re at a place steeped in history and connected to the local Dutch and dairy culture. I opted for a double scoop with Tin Roof Sundae and Mocha Almond Fudge. I have to mention that the Mocha was quite strong, perhaps a bit too intense for my taste, but you can definitely tell it’s made from scratch! The Tin Roof Sundae was absolutely delicious. My friend ordered a sundae as well and polished it off in no time. Additionally, you can buy dairy products and Dutch treats from their shop. This spot is a must-visit in Lynden and was a highlight of our trip!

Amazing ice cream! It's incredibly rich without being overly sweet. I personally believe that a large cup of their hard ice cream can easily serve as a meal. Plus, their ice cream is homemade, which is a rare find these days.

If you are going to go on a sugar splurge, this is the place. A lot of choices and if you don't scream for ice cream they also have a little market with Scandinavian type treats.
