Pizza Hut - Lutz

My order was literally cancelled with no notification to me. Waited over an hour before calling to be told they are closed and promptly hung up on. Called and called to see how I was getting refunded, and no one would answer (this was at 5:30-6pm on a Sunday). Really embarrassing when you’re throwing a bday party and everyone is hungry and waiting. Also, very bad exposure for our local Pizza Hut with so many people there at the party to tell what happened. We tried Dominos and it was delicious, that will become our new spot to order from along with many others who often default to Pizza Hut.

First time order in store and very clean and the pizza was awesome thxs

NEVER, EVER, EVER order anything from this location!! This place sucks!! Prices, customer service, all of it!! Save yourself the headache and gas!! Hungry Howies Forever!!

Worst pizza hut ever, they had me waiting for a Small pizza and 8 Chicken Wings for almost 2hrs. And when finally arrived and was incredibly cold. Not ordering again.

I always have a good experience with this Pizza Hut. Even when I order on busy times or holidays. Food is always great.
