Restaurant bewertenAlthough we were here for the first time, the owners made us feel as if we were regulars. Great home cooked food and a genuine local feel. Very busy during lunch with just 1 table left. The terrace area has great views over the local mountain area. We tried some of the wine from the owners vin yards which turned out to be a treat. All this plus generous portion sizes. Try the truffle pasta!
My review of 2 years ago still applies this is a wonderful eating eating experience in a romantic little valley, surrounded by vines and hills. The staff continue to be absolutely professional and the food wich emerges from the kitchen is exceptional at a very good price. In Summer, make sure you book ahead.
I eat here quite often . Great traditional food and wines . Try the affettato misto with chisolini fried dough very light . Aniolini in brodo small ravioli stuffed with breadcrumbs parmesan cheese , in a chicken broth wonderful . Hand made tortelli , waferthin pasta ! Great sevice too !
I was in Italy for 3 days and ate here twice. Incredible. The wine was beautiful, service attentive and the food was great. Risotto with black truffle was my favourite teamed with the local house wine.
If you like tortelli piacentini, this is the place for you. How do human hands make pasta so thin? There are plenty of fancier and more pretentious restaurants in the area but if you want good local food and wine with friendly service, give them a miss and come here. We were here for Ferragosto 200 people in the restaurant and the service never slipped. Leave space for desert, as it is better than in most Piacentine restaurants.
