Restaurant bewertenWe had our wedding here in May 2023 and it was amazing. We knew we wanted to have a venue with a lot of lodging (we had ~105 guests), an outdoor setting, and that included extras like catering. We loved that we had the inn for the whole weekend. We had a welcome dinner on the front lawn Friday night, our ceremony Saturday in the dell followed by the reception in the tent and an after party both nights in the inn's downstairs tavern. The food was great. Tom the innkeeper/wedding coordinator was great to work with, he knew his stuff and helped us a lot.
Not even a thousand year flood event less than a month prior to our wedding could derail Tom and his amazing staff from providing an unforgettable experience for all of our guests (and us! . They worked with us almost daily on making sure everything went perfectly smooth, re-arranging accommodations, and working round-the-clock to make everything about the weekend was taken care of and all we had to do was show up and smile!Highly recommend for an event, lodging, or dinner.

Tom and the Staff were so accommodating and helpful, we enjoy our stay very much. The food was amazing and took advantage of the breakfast daily and dinner twice. We hit the hot tub every afternoon, so nice to unwind after hitting the trails all day. We will be back for sure.
Echo Lake Inn is a very nice historical and inn from the 1850's.With this one gets plusses and minuses.Plusses being that it's an antique building Minuses being that it's an antique building. The inn has a very nice vibe with the antique building, wide floor boards, etc.Tom, the owner/innkeeper, is charming. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We have stayed here 2x this winter. It's a great location to ski at Okemo (and Killington). The included breakfast is cooked to your order and delicious. Dinner is available. A gourmet dinner package extra is available for your stay. We ate there both nights, and we were very pleased with the dinners. There is a lovely barroom with a well stocked bar.The dining room is lovely with wide floor boards and exposed wooden beams in the ceiling. There is a game room downstairs with a pool table, darts, a Foose ball table, and is another space to hang out. (We checked it out...if we had more time to hang out, it was there.)There is a hot tub that we used on the first stay. Great. The 2nd floor bedroom with a king bed was very nice and comfortable on our first stay. The 3rd floor bedroom was nice yet dated. The bathroom shower did not deliver the desired hot water shower. The water temp was tepid. The room is on the front of the building, and we would have liked a dark out shade to darken the room from the entrance light. Tom offered to let us move to another room to get a hotter shower, yet we were already settled, so declined. He did offer. Our trip involved: eat breakfast, ski, eat dinner, sleep...repeat. yes. Some relaxing in there, too.Going to dinner in slippers is a luxuious treat.I recommend Echo Lake Inn. It's a great value for the money.Nearby activities: Close to Okemo and Killington.
