Starbucks - Lubbock

I used to love this Starbucks. I went here everyday for around two years. I was so disappointed to find that it has recently undergone new management. Some favorite employees are still there but I had the new manager take care of me one morning and I was not impressed. She seems like she does not value me as a customer but only the money! This Starbucks went from a personable place where I knew everyone's names and faces and they knew mine, to a place where the money is all that matters. I have to say I'm disappointed. I will be avoiding this Starbucks in the future if I can. There are other Starbucks in town if you don't want to feel like a walking wallet. 3 stars for the few awesome employees that still work there and the good food.

I rate all Starbucks a 1 because they do not serve military people I don't buy anything from them I go to Scooters or Dutch Bros plus the other 2 are cheaper and better.

You can't really go wrong at starbucks. They did a good job like always

No one here but couldn't be bothered to honor our coupon

This is inside united by the way. But they have made quick coffees when i have gone there.
