Today from the city. I was greeted by friendly staff. I noticed a steady stream of customers, so it seems like a popular place. I ordered a boston cream donut, a dozen donut holes, and a bacon egg and cheese croissant. I thought the donuts were great. I thought the croissant was overall good, but the speck was not very good and so I remove a star from my criticism. the speck tasted like a cheap, qualitatiw high-quality speck, which I had met and stopped throwing away because it was unpredictable. the speck on my croissant was not so bad, but certainly worse than what they would get from mcdonald’s or burger king. I ate all this sandwich and it was okay. I understand that speck is expensive, but I would have paid an extra $1 or so for better quality speck. overall I am satisfied with my experience. I thought the pricing was fair, but surely no speck croissant would order again. I'll try the kolaches next time. they seemed to be popular.

The sweet shorter dame that works the window most time is the best! Some of the newer younger employees are sometimes somewhat rude, but still my favorite locations to go.

It was my first time I went to rise n shine. the hispanic young lady with glasses and ponytail was very rude when I ordered. I saw her put something on the counter. it sits there for 5 minutes. I saw other people order and go! I'm still there as if my time wasn't valuable. after 5 minutes longer? I asked if this was my order, and she sat and she said: yes I caught her and left her. I get the intermediate station from the 4th street and realize that my order was not there. I go back to rise n shine. the dame, saw me standing there again and could hear that she told another employee that I would go back and say that I would make my breakfast sandwich. I asked the manager if I could get my money back and say yes without problems. for the young lady the customer service is very hard, but if she can't handle her job, she also needs to find another. I'm not going to leave this place. I couldn't even get what I paid for, but I have an RUDE employee... I'm just dead.

Friendly servers and exceptionally, delicious donuts! But I'm going to probably pass on stopping there or any donut establishment! I mean seriously,?? over $10 for only a dozen yummy pastries! Back in my day you could get a dozen donuts for 450 some coffee and get some gas on that ten bucks and Spudnuts ruled the day!!
