No one came to the counter to take our order...no acknowledgement that we were there

I have to give a 5-star rating because of the superior customer service the morning shift always provides. Zhao is a great manager and always goes above and beyond. The only advice I have for others is get there before 2pm and the shift changes

Ordered breakfast. The only thing edible is the coffee. I hope. Haven't tried it yet, but cold. Shocker. Bagels and English muffins are so stale, you can't bite into the sandwich. The egg yolks are brown! Not overcooked green, actually brown! Everything is cold. Not sure how that happens bc I just bought it. Sausage patties, that I used to love, are now grainy, disgusting, inedible dog food. Hashbrowns are a soggy, salt saturated mess. It's fast food. I sadly, expect at least 1 disappointment, but this is insane! Could you spare the barely half a piece of cheese on the Sausage egg cheese mcmuffin? This place is the absolute worst and the owner does not care and is exceptionally rude. I only know that because they gave us the wrong order last time and apparently that was my fault... since i control the drive thru. Never got a refund. Never got the replacement food. NEVER AGAIN!!!! $30 for dog food!!

Very friendly staff and fast turn around for your food.

Ample parking. We’ll lit parking lot. Modernly styled decorations. Easily seen from main road. Courteous and friendly staff. Food was hot and fresh. There are self serve kiosks available but I used my app to order.
