Bamboo Thai - Lourmarin

Like an institution in the area since... oh...15 or 20 years? An exceptional restaurant where the service competes with kindness. Unbelievable but true! The pictures represent the very pretty village of Lourmarin a few hundred meters from the slightly excited restaurant. I point out that it is a restaurant that we frequent winter as summer and always for a good occasion. The charm works.

Idyllic frame.Flavours full mouth, so good!!!! Sufficient quantity without being overlooked. The boss and the waiters are adorable! I recommend this restaurant and I will come back as soon as I return to the south. Thank you!

Good atmosphere, very welcoming service but the ratio of price disappointing, the portions are very fair! The worst is desserts: fruit salad served in a small bowl, very little to eat. Lamb soup that literally bathed in its juice, accompanied by 3 small potatoes lost in the sauce. And the restaurant gives the impression of being a little abandoned. Non-maintained vegetation, natural pool at dry entrance, mixed impression.

Quite mixed on this restaurant... More expensive at the end for the quantity especially for dessert! Our dishes were good, the taste was there and the cooking was mastered. Chocolate nems are not nems but chocolate cigarillos, tasted in 30sec... It disappointed us... The boss came to see us to discuss, the waiters were very nice, we found the restaurant quite friendly and warm. The frame is really beautiful but poorly maintained! There's really potential for this restaurant. If we have a word to say: your restaurant could be so much better with some small changes! A good look at the garden, the visual search for cocktails, a little snack when you order to drink, more generous desserts and a digestive offered! And then you'd be on top
