Restaurant bewertenNew employees don’t seem to understand what’s going on or the concept of customer service.Ordered online, came in to pickup 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. It wasn’t. I was told it was still being made. After waiting another 10 minutes, I realized It wasn’t and they would have to start from scratch.I didn’t have time so I requested a refund. The cashier could not do it for some unknown reason.The cook was the only one who could provide the refund but would not because he was cookin. He said I would get a refund in 3-5 daysExceptionally rude guy and somehow I doubt I’ll get a refund.Great job Penn Station Blankenbaker! You lost a consistent customer over the past 3 years. The previous crew knew my name and my order. The new crew doesn’t seem to know (or care) about anything.In response to the owner suggesting I go to the website and provide my comments, I did that. The response from Todd the General Manager was condescending and beyond insincere, reinforcing the fact that this location has gone completely downhill and no customer focus.
I don't know what is going on at this store. I have been coming here for 5 years but the experience we had yesterday is totally unacceptable. The staff was totally incompetent and the service was awful. The food was wrong and sloppy. We waited FOREVER w multiple wrong orders. They gave us a refund but sheesh. Get it together! Might just go to the one on hurstbourne from now on.
Food was ok. Their equipment is antique. They couldn't print a receipt they couldn't send one electronically either. I would not go back next time I'm in town.

Great sandwiches at a reasonable price. Try the Chicken Teriyaki it is scrumptious!
