Taco Bell - Louisville

Was discouraged when I pulled into the Drive thru due to being wrapped around to the entrance doors.. but impressed with the speed. Cashier was great, with a friendly smile and great attitude. The food.. is missing 1/2 of the portion that should be on a Nacho Bell Grande and Double Chalupa.

I’ve been to many Taco Bell restaurants but the food from this one was absolutely the best tasting I’ve ever encountered. Thanks for the great service also.

I absolutely love coming to this place it's very rare when you go to a fast food restaurant anymore that you get good Hospitality every time I come in there they are all very sweet all the employees if they're not busy come up and speak to my daughter she's a baby they always make my food on point and just go an extra mile to be friendly sometimes I'm not even hungry and I'll stop in there and get a taco I'm not sure who the manager is here but all of them that I have seen are good employees absolutely love coming here its just a good atmosphere

This Taco Bell needs to train and pay their employees better. Plus staff their store more efficiently. If you know you are going to have lines that stretch out into the main road at night then it is just dumb business to not have your staff getting through orders asap. Management needs to step up, I'm not even going to blame the employees on this one. EDIT...I take it back. The employees at night are absolute garbage. It doesn't take 12 mins to get an order out and at no point should a person be in line for an hour. Trash Taco Bell

Amazing this location has been able to maintain. Doing business like this we surely get it closed down at some point ! Owners should take notice if they would like to continue.
