Restaurant bewertenWe went to set, that is now added on 4th before a concert on 6th December in the palast we knew that it could be a little slow, as it was just re-owning, but in order to have convenientness taken a chance. bad idea! our eating was very slow to come out and when we asked the waitress allie (sp) to check on it, it was rude and indecent. She never apologised for eating late, offered a drink while we waited. when we asked about our scary because we were crispy in a time, she took delibertely her time to sue us. the diner next to us said the same thing they actually had the nerve to confront one of our diners on the road afterward, because one of our party has left a $2.00 tipp because of their attitude. what the owner, timothy, when he asked why the $10-foot salad that had 2 beet and a few greens was so small, he replied that 's the kind as it is. he took the salat from our calculation, but argued with us about the portion size and got very defensiw. he also fucked the previous owner on the phone when I wanted to confirm our reservation, which should have been a red flag from the beginning! overall one of the worst culinary experiences of all time.
For an 8 o'clock show in the palace a reservation for 18 o'clock. space was empty when we arrived and they tried to sit on practically on the band. on request for another table they said that all tables were reserved. Yeah, so our table was. with the reservation I made. the service was first good, but went downhill when he was overcrowded. a drink order (margarita and a beer) took 25 minutes to arrive. the waiter was very happy and said the bar was secured. well, yes, it is a Friday night and there is a show above the road. I would expect this not the first time that the restaurant has to do with these things. most foods were delicious with taking a teller that if we had time had been sent back. the maize cake was far over boiled and not tasted. my compliments at the collar, but they were delicious. Overall, I would expect a restaurant working on the street from a venue to be well prepared to treat a lot, but it wasn't. I'm sure they only survive because there's no competition in the opposite.
We had great experiences at set in the past and suggested to friends to dinner before a show in the palace. this visit was like another restaurant. we did not know that the menu in show nights is different, that was not the case when we were in a show night a few months ago. none of our favorites was on the shorter menu. the service was slow – we were told, “everyone came immediately.” that is likely to be expected in a night before a event over the road. plan it and don't talk it out. we could have overlooked the slowness, even though they had a stressful culinary experience that wondered if we had time to eat. eating was not worth waiting. our group had fish sandwiches, fish takos and fish and chips. my fish was dry and had been boiled too long. the fish in the fish and chips was not cooked long enough. only the fish tacos were acceptable, but the portion size was very small for a entree. we were offered to drink more than we didn't need it, but nobody was there when we did. our server quickly brought us our ticket and was the only bright spot of the evening. such a disappointment. the President. — the word has herr pannella.
Wan tons were mostly hollow. The dip wasn’t quac enough. Deviled eggs were great. Creamy.
The worst experience ever! Food awful and very disorganized and unprofessional. Will never return! Totally embarrassed I took my friend before an event and celebrate our birthdays.
