Dunkin' - Louisville

I started my morning at Dunkin', and I can't imagine it any other way. The kind man at the speaker always manages to surprise me and make my day a little brighter! He truly is fantastic, and I hope the company acknowledges his hard work.

Once the man went to the kitchen, another worker came to take orders. I asked the new employee what the name of the manager who yelled was, and he lied, claiming it was Nate. Another customer, who was also shocked by the manager's behavior, asked a different worker for the name, and we were told it was Scott. Regardless of what his name is, he should be fired for that behavior! It was incredibly disrespectful, particularly since the man he yelled at is Indian while Scott is white. It’s a shame I only feel compelled to leave a review; other customers are planning to contact corporate!

I absolutely love this place! The staff treats you like family, and if they ever leave, their loyal customers will definitely follow. It's a really fun environment where you feel heard and appreciated. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the food is delicious. I especially enjoy their white toasted hot chocolate, even though I'm typically a tea person. They have everything you could want! Whenever I need a pick-me-up, I make the trip to this location because it makes me feel free. It's hands down the best!

This location refused to honor any and all offers regarding the free Monday iced or hot coffee deal. After having a lengthy conversation and showing the attendant the online offer via the app and even the sign behind their head, he refused me and 3other people behind me the nationwide offer. Following this is was at least a 20 minute wait on my food as well as 3 otherpeople as they forgot to make our orders. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating experience. This is on top of my previousexperiences here of extremely slow service (20min+ every time), receiving the wrong food order, and only to have it replacedwith food that was stone cold in the middle.

Former worker.. higher up staff is terrible owners treat us bad would come in and scream in our faces a nd tell us he didnt have to respect us.Multiple times where I didn't receive my paycheck on time and wasn't getting paid what I was supposed too. Alsothe food containers were we store food had roaches in them because the owners didn't want to spray for pest and were told tojust serve it! Not to mention the nats that are all over the donuts ,and roaches and ants on the walls and counters.They alsodont want to waste products so when a drinks made wrong they will 1 still give it to you 2 rinse the cup out rinse the lids off or 3 save until later and the drink may have been there for 30 mins to an hour Mangers and GM start and spread rumors abouttheir employees to other employees and are so immature. As a job and somewhere to eat 10/10 a no!
