Carl's Jr - Louisville

I like Carl's because they do a lettuce wrap without hassle and it's one of the better fast food places where they do it neater. Some places have really sloppy lettuce wraps. Given that though, the prices have increased dramatically relative to other fast food burger places. Any combo is around $10. If you get any of the other bigger burgers you're looking at $15 or so, at that price I'd rather go to a sit-down at local chains for a similar priced meal. This particular restaurant is usually pretty clean and the service is good. For some reason their fountain machine was not working, the workers serve your your drink. Maybe is covid related, so I won't make a big deal about that one.

Got in as for my Superstar special got it it was well done the Superstar look like the one in the picture. Now that is not false advertising what you see is what you get. Great job Carl's Jr. Sincerely Jesus Banda's honest reviews.

The manager Sergio was very friendly. Great customer service. Clean place. Manager came to Chek on us if we needed anything witch was a plus. He even picked up our empty plates. Great customer service starts by leading by example Sergio did good job. I'll come back for sure just because Sergio. 7

Customer service is great! Drive-thru staff is attentive. Food is prepared quickly. Minimal wait time. Dipping sauces and ketchup are always included in the order. Unlike other fast food place, there is no need to request.

Came to the theaters TOO early so decided to come here I've noticed it's always lonely here which makes me question how it's open ANYHOW food is pretty
