A Chau - Louisville

Amazing pho tai, great tasting broth and a must try. I come here whenever I can, and it is worth it to have a great meal every time. I recommend trying out the Com Suon Nuong, great pork chops and rice to have as a takeout dish too. The inside of the restaurant has a sense of minimal yet gives a calm vibe when eating here. After eating, I head to the grocery store next door to end the meal off with a good can of soymilk. Worth the visit !

This restaurant was wonderful! Really fresh veggies the papaya salad was delicious, and I had the Mi Quang noodles which were great. Service was very friendly and prompt as well. Will definitely come back next time we're in town!Food: 5/5

Egg Roll's dipping sauce is different from other restaurants. There were lots of onion and carrot slices. If you don't like peanuts, you should tell the server. The taste is something different and unique.The server brings napkins, chopsticks, and sauce to the table. The restaurant has many different styles of noodles. Seafood soup also looked delicious. The restaurant was selling key chains and wallets that were handmade. It was cute.

Delicious vegan options. Space for large groups. Store next door with great prices on herbs and veggies in season.Vegetarian options: Vegan available by request. Delicious tofu!
