Chili's Grill - Louisiana

Our order was wrong,Food was horrible ribs was hard and dry and service was slow. Waitress was unattended to our needs!

No chips and salsa were brought out. I asked if that was something they still did, it's been awhile for me. Waitress said yes, she would bring some. Never saw those chips. And its policy that you get either free chips and salsa or a non alcoholic beverage if you spend at least $5. They still charged me for the soft drink. And the waitress complained that no lunch rush came. AND she complained that someone had quit as well. We left. Very unsatisfying experience.

We tried to go to Chili's at about 10pm on a Saturday night. The closing time said 11pm. If you close early, you need to update your times. I am so not happy.

Computer glitches caused part of our order to disappear. One hour later, half was still missing. Food that did arrive was delicious.

Much better experience than our visit to the Thibodaux, LA location last week! Aimee and all the staff were great.
