Restaurant bewertenI recently stopped at this restaurant on my way home from work and found it to be a nice, cozy spot. The service was prompt and the staff were friendly. The prices were reasonable and the food was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the thin-crust pizza and pitcher of beer that we ordered. I will definitely be returning in the future. My only complaint is that the restaurant is located quite far from my home, but the quality of the food makes it worth the occasional trip. The pizza, especially the mushroom and margherita varieties, was some of the best I've ever had. I learned that the restaurant is a family-owned business run by two brothers and they were even featured on a show with Gordon Ramsay. Whether it's due to his influence or not, the food is truly delicious and I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area. You won't be disappointed.
The owners are amazing nicest people one could know and the food was to the sky best itallian place in my book.
Only decided to go to this place because it's one of the few restaurants that are still open after Gordon Ramsay visits. I ordered the baked mac and cheese,at a glance it looked good. After two bites you're completely overwhelmed by the taste of salt. I toughed it out and just ate the whole thing, boy did i make mistake. Its been 20 minutes since i ate and my lips are still dry. My friend ordered the chicken parm sanwich, just like mac and cheese it looked great. When he had a bite of the sandwich he also need a gulp of water but not because of the salt. The chicken in the sandwich was so dry and unedible. It looked the chicken was premade and reheated for the chicken parm. The waiter who served us also happened to be our chef smelled of cigarettes. I don't blame the man too much, he looked as if he was running the whole place by himself. One of the owners who could and should be helping him out but instead he spent most of the time sitting down and talking to what seemed to be a friend. I'm not so sure I'll be returning, the atmosphere was just too gloomy.
The Capri is an amazing pizzeria. The food was delicious and the owners were friendly and great to talk to. I first discovered the restaurant on TV when Gordon Ramsay helped them get back on track. It was fun to see the twins, who were a blast to chat with. The food was great, and the dessert pizza was especially delicious. The overall experience, including the food and service, was excellent. I can't wait to go back.
I came across this restaurant while watching Kitchen Nightmares and decided to visit while in Pasadena over the weekend. The food was delicious and the service was very quick. I ordered the calves and the Italian chopped salad. Jeff was our server and he was very friendly. Thanks to Gordon Ramsay for yet again showcasing a restaurant that delivers excellent quality.
