Restaurant bewertenIf you order a hot coffee on the mobile app, make sure to pray that walk-in customers who arrive after you do not order iced drinks. You may find yourself sitting there in disbelief, having placed your order 5 minutes before arriving and waiting patiently for 10 minutes, only to watch numerous people who ordered at the cash register receive their drinks before you. Today, I observed a man in a bright purple sweatshirt, the last in line, video chatting with his children while placing his order. He continued his video call, heard his name called, and quickly grabbed his drink and left. It is not an exaggeration to say that there were 10 people in line behind me after I had already placed my mobile order, yet they all received their drinks before me. Despite the chaotic situation, my drink did eventually come out. As someone with no management experience, I can see ways to improve efficiency and logistics in this disorganized scenario.
Ricky the barista was incredibly friendly and helpful! My experiences at this place were all positive.
Very good place, is good to visit and have a great time with families and friends. The customer service are friendly too. I recommend that Starbucks.
The staff at the restaurant were extremely friendly, but unfortunately, the system experienced a technical issue which resulted in some orders being lost and delayed. Despite the chaos with the orders, the baristas remained calm and were able to quickly resolve the problems.
