Restaurant bewertenUnfortunately, when I visited the Staples Center a week ago, I inquired at Blaze Pizza and discovered that they had no vegan options and didn't seem familiar with the concept.
I visited this branch a few days ago for a game and was disappointed to find that they have no vegan options. When I inquired about vegan meals, the staff seemed unfamiliar with the concept. The cashier even asked her supervisor, but unfortunately, they still had nothing to offer. Overall, it was quite disappointing.
You can create your own pizza here with a vegan crust and Daiya cheese options!
The restaurant was very busy, and the person finishing the pizzas seemed overwhelmed. The whole experience felt rushed, and I had to ask multiple times for certain toppings to be added correctly. While the pizza was delicious, the overall process was quite chaotic.
I am extremely frustrated! I ordered through the Blaze Pizza app on my iPhone, taking advantage of the two pizzas for ten dollars deal. However, it stated that I needed to make a minimum purchase of $15, so I added a side salad and a brownie. When my order arrived, the pizza was cold and hard, and I didn’t receive the salad at all. The delivery was handled by a third party, Grubhub. I've been on the phone for nearly an hour, and Grubhub won’t refund me. I've also reached out to Blaze Pizza with no response. I ended up spending $23 for food that was essentially inedible! I sent my receipt, but I’ve been tossed around between Blaze and Grubhub, with neither wanting to take responsibility. This has been the worst experience with an app and third-party delivery service because Blaze doesn’t deliver themselves and relies on Grubhub! I might as well have called Postmates.
