Restaurant bewertenIt's ayt. Nothing biggie. Their sisig is . Sorry. Longganisa, nah. The only cool thing about it is they have Impossible Longganisa for vegans.
I have no words…Best Filipino food in town?. Our family tried the sides pork tocino, longaniza, and the pork sisig. Which were all so yummy! The garlic rice is honestly the way to go, don’t go for basic rice. The two order of lumpias were incredible and when reheated in the air fryer the next day are even more crispier! My wife got the spaghetti and stated she loved it but wished there were a few more pieces of the sausage. Don’t go for soft drinks here because everyone should try with their order the Calamansi juice which is a perfect taste of lemonade but slightly sweeter.Advice Overall our purchase for two big plates, one small plate, 2 sides of lumpias, a side of spaghetti, and 3 drinks was a little over $100. Next time we plan on just going for the family meal since you get a bit more than buying everything separately! :
I have been wanting to try Big Boi since I have heard and read great reviews. I am a little disappointed. I ordered the adobo, sisig and spaghetti. For the most part they were missing the flavor….it was ok but the flavor was lacking. I am hoping it was an off day when I visited but I ordered what should be the simplest dishes that it should taste awesome. I will give it another try and order different dishes and hoping that they will redeem and I will keep coming back until I gain so much weight and my diabetes will be off the charts ?
I strolled in and ordered for takeout. I've been craving Filipino spaghetti for months and this hit the spot. The noodles were perfectly cooked and not too mushy. And the sauce was meaty and cheesy. As for the lumpia get it! It was so crispy and came with this sweet chili sauce. They were so generous with the serving size. Lastly, my favorite was the chicharrones. Usually at other restaurants, there are some super hard pieces that are almost inedible, but not here! Every piece was so light and crispy. It came unseasoned, but since I'm a huge seasoning person, I seasoned it myself at home. With that said, it does not need additional seasoning and is a great snack on its own. I'll be back here the next time I'm craving some Filipino!
The food here is amazing. My Filipino friends say that the food here tastes like what they would get in the Philippines. My favorites are the pork tocino and fried chicken; fried chicken still stays crispy the next day mind blown
