Restaurant bewertenMy first and last visit to this place. First off, their website lied to me about the price. Would have been a passable pizza for $9. But alas, for $17 and me having to bake it myself, it's just too much. The taste was very competitive with a Walmart take and bake with an ever so slight upgrade on the crust. The only positive, at least the kids working there put on gloves before touching food after handling the money, and did it without an adult on site, I'll give them that.
Not complaining here. topping always perfectly placed. the order is made on time. pizza tastes great. and friendly staff!
While the customer service was quite pleasant and helpful, I can't say this is my favorite pizza place. We've experienced several instances of receiving incorrect orders, which significantly impacts my overall experience. Because of these mix-ups, I have to deduct a few stars.
I previously tried Papa Murphy's in Santa Fe and wasn't impressed, as I found the service lacking and my order was hard to get right. However, the Papa Murphy's in Los Alamos is excellent! My orders are always accurate, the toppings are generous, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Here’s a tip: bake their pizza for 7 minutes, then lift it gently and spray some butter-flavored cooking spray between the pizza and the paper plate before continuing to bake it as usual.
Good pizza and good service. there is little in the way of surprises, which is a good thing when it comes to a franchise location. they get exactly what they expect, take and bake pizza. I had some opportune offers if someone doesn't show up on their pickup. discounted pizza is every friend!
