Restaurant bewertenI'm just in the city, the family visited and decided I would try some of the restaurants here. I stumbled over morning glory and thought I would try. I want to start by giving the personal to their patient, friendliness and overall wonderful service. I had come in there while a woman attacked essentially one of the employees. the poor girl looked incredibly amazed, but she treated the situation with gnade. she remained calm and polite even if this woman screamed to her and called her names. if I were in her position, I wouldn't have been able to stay calm. kudos to her! Apart from the incredible customer service, the food was in order. it was not the best that burrito was quite small and there was hardly a speck in it. the chili was best moderate, tasteless and the texture was simple. but the donuts were fantastic. I will definitely come back for those on my way out of town. Overall, I would say that morning glory had the best employees in the city, at least from my experience. the girls working on the front are so incredibly friendly and accommodating. I hope they get the praise they deserve! the food leaves something to be desired. I wish I had all the good things to say, but like the people everything it was wrong.
Great Bacon Green Breakfast Burritos (you may need 2 to feel full according to my daughter ... size has gone down). They're not taking phone orders anymore because of understaffing issues.
Weird vibe with rude handwriten signs all over the place. Los Alamos is full of DBs, and apparently they frequent this place. They serve Seattle's Best coffee which is self-serve. The customer service was extremely weird and the counter person was ordering around an older lady and treated her like garbage. I got a grab and go breakfast burrito and it tasted good, but the tortilla wasn't cooked. Overall 2 very generous stars, 1 star for hot coffee, 1 star for the interior of the burrito. -1 star for the cold tortilla, -1 star for the rude signs, -1 star for the bully counter guy with glasses. Do yourself a favor and just keep driving unless you like to be around tools.
Omelet good but for prices WAY TO HIGH when you order toast it was one piece of bread not 2 and the bacon was two short pieces not 3 . You definitely don't get what you pay for, if you have a 3 egg omelet use large eggs not little quail eggs tasted very good but small portions, felt like a rip off, left as hungry as we came in very Disappointing
Morning Glory is good when they get it right, but they have gone downhill. I normally order a bacon breakfast burrito and the bacon was basically raw the last few times I ordered raw enough that I picked all the bacon out and threw it away. They also are difficult to order from online. They have an online ordering system, but it's only intermittently active. Allegedly an employee has to turn the system on for it to work and they seem to rarely have it active. The food is good when you can order and when they cook the food properly. With respect to the response from Morning Glory (which I appreciate), the bacon had super floppy, white, fat not just a lack of crunchiness, but clearly undercooked. The meat did appear cooked enough to be safe to eat, but had definitely not been cooked enough to be a consistency most people want to eat. Also, these burritos were made each time specifically fresh for our orders (christmas, add beans). Since the potatoes were also a bit undercooked, it appeared that the kitchen staff may have been too rushed.
