Restaurant bewertenThe Location of this hotel is perfect if you would like to visit Loreto Church and Santa Casa but the hotel and the experience were horrible! GOOD LUCK TRYING TO FIND A DECENT RESTAURANT! First of all we were greeted by a rude front desk for which he kept making faces just because i made 1 person instead of 2 persons and i was will willing to pay the difference! The beds are horrible, pillows are worse! Very cold rooms, shower is not wheelchair accessible and only top shower head! Which you will ruin your blowdry!! This hotel is very old, the breakfast has to be taken by time, good luck trying to connect to the internet! Our worst night was when a group of teenagers decided to come to the same floor we were and the noises they made, running knocking , shouting at 11-1am , that i had to go out and shout with them, and nobody from front desk came to explain the noise policy! I came to your hotel for peace and quite! Avoid big time! Although location is perfect don’t waste your money here!
We booked this hotel and our experience was terrible. Expensive rooms, you pay (a lot) before entering in the room (and not at checkout), air conditioning not included (you have to pay additional 15€/day to have it, and anyway they remotely turn it off at night when they believe you are sleeping), dirty old fashioned rooms and rude staff. Worst experience ever.
We had a lunch here after visiting the Basilica. The lunch was very average, disappointing for being in Italy. Tasting was next to none, the meat was less than tender and we couldn't even finish it, anyone if us. I recommend you to look for a restaurant further away from the church.
Wow! What a welcome, what service and what amenities. Rooms are spacious, very clean, with air conditioning (priceless in the summer heat of 38 degrees). Great breakfast and great sea food all at very affordable prices.
