The Red Barrel - Long Beach

I heard about this place from some friends, it's a new bistro and the food is excellent. I went last week and we found it on the road, I'm not from Long Beach and was not familiar with the area, but once you find it next to Radio Shack it was great. We were lucky to find a table because the place was full, they had live music, a fantastic singer Jennifer, she is a local from Long Beach. The food was excellent, there were three of us we ordered various things so that we could share the salmon Piccata, Chicken Marsala and the Porto Panini were delicious. the wine was excellent a good variety, I had a moscato that was great, we finished our dinner with a great dessert, a crème brulee that was so good and my friends had the tiramisu. We definitely go back there and will tell all our friends about this great new place in Long Beach.
