I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. It took 25 minutes just to get a Subway sandwich, and when I ordered soup, they suggested microwaving some leftover from the previous day. To make matters worse, they waited until I was about to pay to let me know they only accepted card payments, which was really frustrating. They should definitely have signs indicating this.
The staff here was fantastic! However, I gave a low rating for the atmosphere because during my visit, a family of five came in with some coupons or something and each ordered 2-4 footlongs. It took a long time, and they were quite rude to both the staff and other customers. On a positive note, the new menu is delightful! I highly recommend trying #17 and #33—delicious!
I just ordered a sub on the app. They took my money. I walked down to get it and they said the owner canceled the order. The app says my order is ready and the money was taken. They told me to take it up with my bank. The app still says my order is ready. I’ve worked for subway. I’ve been everything from a sandwich artist to a store manager. The owner didn’t want to honor the coupon I used and doesn’t want to cancel the order bc it’ll affect his subway locations score. Rotten owners make rotten team members. After the disrespect I received from the two girls who where there when I called after getting back home tells me everything I need to know about the owner
You guys need to check the expiration date on your tuna and your produce! My sandwich was disgusting
