Starbucks - London

The staff is friendly, but customers are unable to sit inside and enjoy their drinks.

The service was friendly and the coffee was big, but there were no seats available.

The staff at this restaurant is incredible. They recommended two new lattes to me, which I now always order after 15 years of only drinking vanilla lattes. They also remade my latte when the app wouldn't allow me to enter decaf, and let me keep the first one, which I reheated the next day. Their customer service was outstanding and left me with a fantastic impression. I will definitely be a lifelong customer.

Since Covid there are no tables/chairs or washrooms. Just a cold atmosphere to pop in and grab a coffee. Not the experience you expect from Starbucks. Very disappointing. I was meeting a friend for coffee. It would have been nice if it was noted somewhere on the website that this wasn't possible.
