Only go when coupons since the restaurant is dirty and condiment stand is terrible. Food is average. Staff need training. Onion rings are worst for fast food

The food is good and some what made the way you ask and some what clean but with what they have here its not bad but the manager should not be in the office looking out a window not doing a thing sorry but its bad when the employees are doing most of the work

This location is a standalone location in a satellite location of the argyle mall. Service was slow and the restaurant was very dirty

Took my family there for supper yesterday and it was no better than I remember from years ago. The order taker was inexperienced, not very informed about their products and eventually go the order wrong after a LONG process. Once ordered it was obvious from the customers in front of me that used to work there that this was normal . There was nothing tricky about the order and we actually include TWO of the same sandwich, of which only ONE showed up on the tray that was sitting on the counter. After getting a bit upset things FINALLY showed up, I took it to the table and guess what....it was WRONG. So after placing the simple order at 4:54 and getting it at 5:09, it was still WRONG. Things were missing, we were given fries when we did not order them and it was really not very professional on their part. Watching what was going on, there were always at least 5 customers waiting in line who had ordered and were simply waiting....seems the staff were too concerned with serving the drive thru than the counter customers....POORLY organized. Will NOT be back as this was my time to see if it had improved...and it HAD NOT.

Worse place ever always mess up ur order people don't understand English they need to fix it an do something about there employees
