Istanbul Meze Mangal - London

The appetizers and main dishes were satisfactory. However, the service was lacking as it would have been quicker for me to get up and retrieve the food myself from the kitchen. The wait staff showed little concern for us and seemed confused when we asked for anything. Our food was brought out at different times and we had to wait 30 minutes for pre-made desserts. To make matters worse, they added a service charge to the bill totaling over £200, despite not providing any alcohol or attentive service. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

We have become regulars at this restaurant because the food is amazing, the flavored hookah is fantastic, the atmosphere and music are wonderful, and the desserts are delicious.

We have been visiting this restaurant regularly for the past few weeks and can honestly say the food is delightful, the service is excellent, and the Blue Mist Shisha is lovely. I would highly recommend it.

Visited restaurant for Wife's birthday with family members. We enjoyed the environment, food quality (Family Platter), service and non-alcoholic drinks. We took our car with us, so staff put a candle and played birthday song which was very nice gesture, other customers celebrated birthday also with us. Towards the end we were offered complimentary Turkish Tea for all of us.
