Absolutely ****. The place isn’t even open. I drove 1 hour with the whole family only to arrive at the door and it be closed... and I had a booking. Waste of petrol, waste of time, ended up with McDonald’s

Food is good but they are under staffed so attention to detail and customer service is lacking. The theme is nice but the furniture is worn. I come back because of the food choice, taste and value for money

Very good food and great service from the manager, though we could have used more tap water top ups. Furniture is a bit natty, as others have mentioned, but we enjoyed nonetheless.

The customer service was very good but the food was not very tasty. The fries were hard and tasteless, the salad was just a wet mush and the hot dog my son ordered was over done and not nice in a soggy bun.

Food was delicious and staff were very helpful and friendly!
