Caffe Concerto Kings Road - London

A pleasant first visit to Caffe Concerto. The staff provide a good customer service. Food and drinks are good too. Anyone using a voucher for their visit may want to print their voucher and present it to a member of staff on arrival to avoid any misunderstanding within the system. We look forward to our next visit.

Service slow and felt like an inconvenience to the staff. Dirty cutlery left on the table from previous customers. No apology when asked to remove. Cold environment.
