Buffalo Wild Wings - Lombard

I've never been to this Buffalo wild wings before so I decided to give it a try on a Friday with my friend. Unfortunately they did not have any fish on the menu so I had to order the cauliflower. That was delicious. I never had an empty glass, and the bartender was very on top of things. Despite not having fish on Friday, I feel this Buffalo wild wings did meet my expectations. I don't believe in giving lower stars because of something not on the menu that I wanted. If any reviewer does that, ignore the review. But keep up the good job, I will definitely go back and I will also tell my friends and family about my experience.

I had an incredibly frustrating time at the restaurant. The service I received from the same server/bartender twice in a row was absolutely the worst. I wasn't assisted, my drinks remained empty for 25 minutes, and I had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes for some cold wings, even though the restaurant was not busy at the time we visited. Their excuse was that they were busy with pick-up orders, but when I called to see if that was true, they told me it would only take 30 minutes for pick-up. To top it off, I had to wait an extra 25 minutes just to get my boxes and check. The server/bartender we had a bad experience with seemed more interested in hanging out with co-workers and checking her Apple Watch than providing good service. Needless to say, I left feeling extremely dissatisfied.
