Restaurant bewertenI visited Caffe Diamante a few times for breakfast last month. I can say that the coffee is always on site (and I am a hot coffee drinker!, and the breakfast is good. I had the crushed avocado pickers, and it's delicious, cooked with the eggs exactly right. Come on!
We have visited Caffe Diamante multiple times and have always been satisfied. Our most recent visit was for lunch on a Thursday. It was peaceful and we were promptly greeted by a friendly waitress who provided us with menus and water for the table. Our coffees were served promptly and tasted great, followed by our delicious meals shortly after. The prices are fair and the food was fresh and flavorful. The spacious outdoor dining area in front of the café was very comfortable, with a nice breeze on the warm day we visited. It was also child-friendly, as we were there with our grandchildren.
I waited for 1 hour for my lunch to arrive at this restaurant. The food was average, not terrible. However, I don't plan on returning due to the long wait and mediocre taste of the food. On the positive side, the waiter was friendly.
I visited this restaurant with friends during my last trip to Brisbane, close to Calamvale. We came here for breakfast and lunch each time. The service was consistently friendly and the prices were competitive for a cafe. They had a good simple selection with decent portion sizes (not overly generous, but enough for the average person). The Breakfast Lachs Benny was tasty, although the quality of the smoked salmon could have been better. It tasted more like regular raw salmon and seemed to be poorly cut. The Benedict Muffin and sauce were delicious. The prawn pasta was visually appealing, although it was a bit too peppery. The tiger prawns were fresh and flavorful, and it was interesting to see that the menu specified exactly how many prawns you would receive (around 6). I remember it being satisfying. Overall, it's worth a visit if you're in the area - a lovely little cafe.
My sister took my Mum (and Dad) to Cafe Diamante at Calamvale for Mother's Day Breakfast and they raved about their food. So Mum and Dad took me and my husband there for lunch and we really enjoyed it. The coffee was great! We all...thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Service was friendly and efficient.
