I stopped by earlier today with my family and decided to get my daughter a drink. When approaching the register I wasn't greeted. The older lady rolled her eyes at me when I was ordering and was not helpful to the younger lady working with her. They both looked like they didn't want to be there and where definitely not people friendly. Drink was good just bad customer service.
Kettleman/lower sac branch #17 The whole staff crew welcomes me quality service,if I was in a 5 star club floor hotel, they've done excellent ? since I first walk in as a new customer, a polite beautiful smiling worker approach me by nick name Mena, I new then behind her co-workers who was working synchronized together like a well oiled machine, a must daily stop before I go fishing or other misc, thing, they open early enough,so there's no reason what so ever that I didn't have my coffee 3 3 with a well toasted plain bagel with cream cheese,
Drive through staff were rude and my order was 3 items. I was $2 short on the full order I literally live a block away. my coffee and one of the other items were completely paid for and the 3rd item partially paid for. the lady had given me my coffee and demanded I give her back my coffee (mind you the coffee was completely paid for already. I said look I live a block away you already took the $14 off my card you hang on to the other 2 items (that I paid partially for already I'll be back in 5 min with the $2 and pick up those 2 items. she proceeded to argue with me and yell at me. I drove off with my $14 cup of coffee was back in 5 min with the $2 and she said she voided the order and I couldn't get the rest of my order. And none of my money was refunded to my card so I paid $14 and some change for a vinti Carmel frape. I'll never go there for coffee again I'll travel to a farther Starbucks or go to Dutch Bros. From now on
